  Can you feel it? It’s the sun’s special glow The wind carrying hope The lightness of the atmosphere   Grace surrounds us Delight in every corner Harmony taking the reigns A childish essence imprinted in all.   Vitality implosions in our nostrils A new way of being arrives A different perspective Showing aspects never seen.   Everything takes new shades It’s nice to discover them Innocence settling in our lives Learning to do things for the first time.   Free from the weight from the past We are born again We are new creatures Ready to celebrate the existence.

    If you want to solve something Just pay attention to it Give it time Give it energy And the best solution will come.   When you put your presence in any aspect of life It grows and develops It expands and shines Because your glance of love Is the fuel of life.   You can choose what you want to sprout The point in which you focus Is the one that will reign your life. You have the power to enlarge What you invest your being to.   Your vitality is contagious it arrives to any matter you observe. Its like a beam of light That embraces the darkness around. Everything becomes alive by your way.   Reality is conformed by all the features you attend to It’s like a big bowl of salat In which you choose what ingredients to place. It tastes as good as your ability to include Those elements your essence is passionate of.

 Nothing is missing You don’t need To be more loved To be more intelligent To have more things To be more recognized To weigh less To have better reputation To have more success To reform your home To have more friends To renew your wardrove To travel farer   You are already whole. Your being is perfect just as it is. You have all the tools to thrive.   When I walk through the forest A big flow of greenness travels through my veins That intensity of colour Penetrates my eyes and inhabits my whole being.   I merge with the environment And feel its vitality forming part of what I am I let it ride me And I experience its infinite power.   What greatness it is To perceive the beauty of nature And fall in love with it The best kind of lover, always present.   Trees fill my soul And make me feel alive I become wilder I become more me.   Greenness is the best balm For any matter It awakes our energy And regenerates every cell.   I would have never thought That sap was so contagious it invigorates trees and human beings too.

Anxiety is chaos inside me It bites my soul And leaves me restless I feel powerless Insignificant among dangers I harshly can breathe Longing for calmness   I wish connection to be restored A salve of peace spread over my chest I dare for serenity circulating through my veins A sense of immensity ruling my perspective I want to inhabit all my senses And to be open to the blessings I deserve   I need to reconnect to the place where I belong To feel the radiance penetrating my body Recover the pleasure of my movement Have confidence in the ground that holds me and put all my weight downwards experimenting the lightness of my being   Then I feel my soul like a chewing gum It expands endlessly And embraces all my consciousness I become existence and live in a world of plenitude Where love is a constant presence.

  Birds can fly whenever they want They are free to move as they wish They have time to take care of themselves They have time to play They have time to rest They live in a continuous adventure.   Birds are here to teach us how to live To enjoy every moment To unfold the wings To choose our destiny To fly as far as our heart tell us To sing when we are happy.   Their intelligence is supreme They put it at the service of life, they flow with the wind And express their beauty with each movement They aren’t slave of a timetable The wisdom of nature rules their life.   Their existence is simple. Their problems are small. Their worries imperceptible. Their tasks are easy. Their free time is immense Their friends are many.     We call us intelligent But we have sold our freedom for safeness Our life is comfortable But we think we can’t choose what to do We use to be rigid Our agility is lost. ...

Each person has a concrete point of view A way to approach life as it develops. Intelligence resides on creating a personal perspective One that allows us to enjoy it in the widest scope.   How powerful it is to let go how others think and to be able to follow our own path, that which is loyal to our greatness.   How wild it is To create a philosophy of our own! No longer be ruled by other’s beliefs but to be free enough to extend our wings.   Life is about daring to experience the full scope of reality without being limited by walls of doctrines. Only a torrent of light penetrating our being. We are blessed: magnificence is our true nature.

  Mountains don’t talk but they have an amazing presence And it’s that imposingness That relates directly to us.   The sea doesn’t talk But its magnificence Communicates intimately with us. It tells us where we belong And that water is our home.   Trees don’t talk But they express the sense of life. T hrough their shape teach us how to live: Straight, open and generous.   Animals don’t talk But they show us the beauty in their forms, And the wisdom in their movements Their aliveness invites us To be as playful as they are.   Babies don’t talk But their eyes put us in contact with real love. Their sounds reveal the intelligence within then we are sure they know all they need.   Everything in this world communicates Matter is language And meaning is beyond words. We are able to interact with the whole environment approaching to us.          

  When I try to describe my creativity, I find myself in front of an enormous kind of being. It is so big that I can’t put limits on it. I can’t hold it in my hands, I can only go through it. When I am alone with my creativity, I find myself in the savage world, where amazing wild creatures can appear in any moment. I find myself in front of the unknown, big extensions of virgin lands beneath my feet. When I try to describe my creativity, I can’t pronounce any words, all what I can do is to experience it fully and talk about the intense feelings that are awoke in me. When I want to observe my creativity, a fast and powerful blow of wind brings me where I have never been and my vision gets lost in the infinite universe. When I decide to connect with my creativity, I become absorbed by it and I stop being who I used to be.   I love learning new things, knowing new people and alternative ways of thinking. That’s why I use to attend to conferences and talks which bring me inspiration and fresh air. For example, last Sunday, on a guided meditation, the coach told us to take consciousness of all the resources we have: our home, our relatives, ... in that moment I clearly understood that my body is my most important resource. I realized that our body is the centre of our existence. Our organism allows us to experience everything that we go through and it is by acting on it that we are able to shift from one state to another. This represents an immense super power: we can transform what we feel by moving, interacting with our environment or changing the conditions we are in. For example, when I am not able to think fluently and my mind keeps in a toxic circle, I go outside, walk, breathe, connect with the atmospheric conditions and I become a truly new person.
